Technology Showcase
The technology tools showcased here show a variety of digital tools I employed for my graduate work in the Master of Arts in Educational Technology program, but also in my career in professional development with K-12 teachers. Utilizing Wikispaces, Blogs, and websites has proven essential in communication of information and collaboration with wide audiences. Podcasts, and digital stories are an excellent way to create lectures and stand alone professional development pieces, while Piktochart infographics are an eye-catching alternative way to present information.
Websites
collaborative Space This Wikispace served as an online collaborative space to supplement face-to-face professional development for teachers. Through discussions, documents, and videos, teachers access and use this Wikispace between monthly meetings. For an understanding of the thought and process of how this course was developed, check out my developer notebook here and my course design reflection here.
